    Transcripts ≠ insights. Let’s fix that. Thematic analysis helps you cut through the noise and find the patterns that matter—so your research can drive decisions. Here’s your step-by-step to analyzing user interviews: ?? Get everything organized ?? Start by revisiting your research goals, then gather your recordings, transcripts, and notes in one place. ?? Read data, assign codes ?? Familiarize yourself with the data. Look for quotes, pain points, and patterns—mark them by assigning a code. ??? Sort codes into themes ?? As you read through the data, you’ll notice patterns and sentiments. Group them into overarching themes as they emerge. ?? Identify recurring ideas ?? At this stage, you’ll uncover insights directly connected to your goals. Don’t forget to highlight recurring codes and critical information. ?? Report and prioritize ?? It’s time to create and present your findings to stakeholders. A clear report helps the team align on what matters most.
